I just thought that I would make a little post to let everyone know that on Sunday November 15, 2009 at 2 pm EST we are having a stag pawty to celebrate his upcoming marriage to Poppy Dog.

I do hope that everyone can join in to help us send Hansee off to wedded bliss with a bit of a bash!

It is going to be a casual affair to just have some good fun and celebration for our dear dear friend Hansee.

So all of us in the wedding party to hope to see you all there!

Cinqo De Meowie "Woof" PawPawty Saturday May 2- Sunday May 3

Calling all Anipals, it is time for another Pawty this weekend.
You voted and here it is... the next #pawpawty is going to be held on the 2nd and 3rd of May yep that is this weekend. We will start at 19:00DST UK, 11:00PDT, 14:00EDT, 06:00NZST, and yes it will be for 24 hours.

The theme of the pawty is Mexican this time so there will be lots of sombreros, flowers and feathers. All Girlie anipals remember that dresses should be frilly. Our wonderful @emmythecat will be doing another paw wall for us, so be sure to get your costumes on and register at FrugalDougals blog http://frugaldougaldog.blogspot.com/ so @Emmythecat can add you to the wall.

The Venue this tim is a great new virtual location for our fiesta. It is a critter ranch were all anipals are welcome. There is a huge outdoor arena with space for Mexican Rodeo fun. The hot tubs are outside next to the swimming pool so anipals can relax after lots of dansing.

There will be a salsa dancing competition that will be held in The Big Red Barn.

Inside are three BARS. Two of the bars will have our well known DJ's cranking out our favorite tunes. The third bar is a relax and chill out bar with big comfy sofas to rest on.

There is a 24 hour banquet in the Green Barn serving up our favorite pawty treats. There will be tuna tacos, beef burritos, honey tortillas, cheerio enchiladas, carrot chimichangas, and lots and lots of hot sauce for those who want it.

If you want to bring a platter of treats to share with the anipals just drop it off in the Green Barn.

And of course, the most important part of the Pawty, is that we do this to raise funds for less fortunate anipals, so that they have a chance to have great homes like we all do.

This time around the charity is Margaret Green Animal Rescue in the UK. @FrugalDougal and @Emmythecat chose this shelter as they help all kinds of animals in need, not just doggies and kittehs. This animal welfare charity has three sites in Dorset and Devon, UK. This charity rescues and re homes over 1 200 animals per year, and with our help they will only be able to accomplish more. So don't forget to bring your card or chequebook to the pawty so you can donate to this very worthy cause. Remeber that every little bit helps this wonderful charity. It's Tuesday

Good Morning all of my anipal friends.

I have been very busy since last Friday. I was so honored to be inducted into Duke's Royal Pack. I am now to be known as "Sir Peter". I was also hononred by being voted CenterPets cat of the week.

Then of course we had the #pussycatisland pawpawty this past weekend. All of the anipals managed to raise $1,000 for SylvieDog's charity. This was the best news of all.

All of the anipals had so much fun at the pawty. Special thanks need to be given to @BabyPatches and @Rumblepurr for organzing such a great pawty on the island. Also @Morriscat needs to have a big thank you given to him for stepping up and hosting the pawty for several hours when @BabyPatches mammas internet connection went down. Morris hosted and conducted several contests all on his own for some great prizes and for this we are very grateful.

All of the anipals had so much fun on the island surfing,jet skiing, digging tunnels, dancing the conga,limbo and the hula. There was even some romantic waltzes in there and lots of opportunity for kittehs and others to shimmy, shimmy, shake, shake.

We had great bartender SylvieDog who took special bartending courses for the event. We also had some great and wonderful DJ's and this is a special thank you for all of your hard work making sure that we had wonderful entertainment.

Catnamedsinbad made us all special surfboard with our names on them and we all had fun with them and there were even a few rescues at sea using our boards.

I know that all would like to hear some juicy details of what happened on the island, but sorry; what happens on the island stays on the island.

All anipals are very tired now, from their antics on the island but I know everybody is looking forward to the next pawty.

There are no plans yet for another pawty but I am sure there will be one. Stay tuned

Pussycatisland Update

Hai all anipals, RumblePurr has the following annoucement:

The origin of #pussycatisland : my beloved brother @inigoflufflebum was trying to ship me off the other day ’cause I was chasing his tail. @BabyPatches was having the same problems with her brofur and sisfur… so we decided to take action and go to the amazing pussycatisland!

Details are: our lovely ship departs from it’s Twitter dock on Sunday at 10am New Zealand time (so that will be Saturday for most of you 3pm PST, 5pm CST, 6pm EST) We’ll hang out on the island and frolic in the sun till 8am (1pm PST, 3pm CST, 4pm EST) the next day so that everyone will have a chance to pawty! The amazing Hunkerbell (@Wildboutbirds) is also going to be running a ship as are the fantastic pups @scruffypebbles

What’s on the island: There will be lots of nip-based drinks, sun puddles, tuna fishies (but no eating @copious_tuna - he off limits) dancing and fun! For the doggies, there is a special Doggie Sandbar that will have steaks, rubber balls, Frisbees and dancing fun! For the bears, we have honey and for the bunnies we have carrots! We also has cheerios and brocolli for little gerbils. Everyone is welcome!
